This opportunity is ideal for skilled professionals with hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing HVAC systems across residential, commercial, and high-rise properties.

HVAC Technician
The selected candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems while ensuring efficient operation and compliance with safety standards.
Job Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Proven experience in the Facilities Management industry.
- Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with Package Unit Air Conditioning Systems.
- Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC faults efficiently.
- Good understanding of workplace safety standards and maintenance best practices.
- Experience working in residential buildings, commercial properties, villas, and high-rise developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspection and maintenance of HVAC equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC system faults.
- Service package unit air conditioning systems.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with company safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests when required.
