Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the hotel industry.
- Previous experience with Marriott Hotels will be an added advantage.
- Must currently be residing in Saudi Arabia, preferably in Riyadh.
- Should be able to complete the Iqama transfer within one month after receiving the offer letter.
- Strong knowledge of hotel maintenance, plumbing systems, water supply, drainage systems, and guest room maintenance.
Preferred Skills
Successful candidates should have experience with:
- Water supply and drainage systems
- Pipe installation and repairs
- Bathroom fixture maintenance
- Leak detection and troubleshooting
- Preventive maintenance
- Guest room plumbing maintenance
- Hotel engineering and maintenance procedures
