Required Qualifications
Applicants should have:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in IT technical support.

- Knowledge of SAN/NAS storage hardware.
- Experience with surveillance camera (CCTV) systems and preventive maintenance.
- Knowledge of network cabling, technical wiring, and low-voltage systems.

Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and maintaining the company’s IT systems.
- Providing technical support to employees and resolving IT issues.
- Installing and maintaining computers, printers, and peripherals.
- Installing, activating, and updating licensed software.
- Managing SAN/NAS storage devices.
- Maintaining surveillance camera (CCTV) systems.
- Supporting network infrastructure and technical equipment.
