- Open the Al Rajhi Bank app on your mobile.
- Log in using your username/password or biometric login.
- From the main screen, select your Account.
- Look for the IBAN or Account Details option.
- Select IBAN Certificate / IBAN Letter.
- Choose the account for which you need the IBAN letter.
- Tap Download / Generate IBAN Certificate.
- The IBAN letter will be generated as a PDF file.
- Open the PDF and check your name, account number, and IBAN.
- Tap the Share/Print option.
- Select Print and choose your connected printer.
Tip: If you only need a digital copy, you can save the PDF to your phone or send it directly through WhatsApp or email.
