Saudi Arabia has introduced a new Premium Residency program that allows foreigners to live, work, and invest in the Kingdom without the need for a local sponsor. Starting from SAR 4,000 (around USD 1,065), the initiative aims to attract global talent and investors as part of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 plan.
The program offers five tracks — Special Talent, Gifted, Investor, Entrepreneur, and Real Estate Owner — allowing holders to bring their families, own property, and freely enter or exit Saudi Arabia. Applicants can apply online through the official Premium Residency portal by submitting required documents and paying the SAR 4,000 fee after approval.
