Riyadh: Saudi Arabia has welcomed Jordan’s initiative to resume regular commercial flights between Amman, Jordan and Sanaa, Yemen, describing it as a positive step toward supporting humanitarian efforts and easing travel for the Yemeni people.

The planned flights are expected to facilitate travel for civilians, patients, students, and humanitarian workers while strengthening regional cooperation. The service will be operated after the completion of the necessary technical and operational arrangements.
Saudi Arabia reiterated its commitment to supporting all peaceful and humanitarian initiatives aimed at improving the lives of the Yemeni people and enhancing regional security and stability.
